Netway Internet Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”)

1. Cancellation of Services

Customers may request cancellation of their broadband services by contacting our customer care team. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through the official customer portal.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Advance payments made for unused billing cycles.
  • Service not activated within the promised time frame due to technical reasons.
  • Duplicate payment made by the customer due to a technical error.

No refunds will be provided once the service has been consumed or partially used within the billing cycle.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Installation charges, activation fees, and one-time setup costs are strictly non-refundable. Any additional equipment or hardware supplied will be charged if not returned in proper condition.

5. Changes to Policy

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website and will be considered binding.
